Admission Procedure
REGISTRATION
- Name of the candidate seeking admission in the school is registered in the school office.
- For class I, Name of the candidate seeking admission in the school is registered in the school office.
- For class I, admission is given on the basis of First come.
- The form duly filled in, should be returned to the school office along with one stamp-size photograph & other documents/online before the last date, as decided by the Management.
- The intimation of the date and timings for the admission formalities of candidates’ will be given to the applicants, from the school – office desk.
- Applicants found suitable for admission, will be intimated for the completion of admission formalities after depositing the required fees, along with the necessary and relevant documents.
- The form issued by the school is non – transferable & should be used in its original form.
- Minimum Age of admission in class Nursery is 3 Yrs. Plus as on 1st April.
INTERVIEW / TEST
- The school does not have any Management quota.
- Classes I to VIII, candidate’s admission will be granted on the basis of availability of seats in the respective classes.
- Verification of details filled in the forms will be done by the school authorities and admissions will be given after the verification procedure.
- The school authority reserves the right to short list the candidates, after written tests and interviews.
- The results will be available from the school office only.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected during the short-listing of the candidates.
- 25% of seats are reserved for RTE students which are filled as per the norms and procedure laid down by District Education Officer.
ENCLOSURES REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION (ALL THE CLASSES)
Copies of the below mentioned – Certificates are required for the final admission- Birth Certificate (Xerox)
- Previous class’s Marksheet (Xerox)
- Transfer Certificate (Original)
- Two recent attested photographs
- Aadhar Card (Father, Mother & ward)
- Caste Certificate
Guidelines To Parents
- Parents must regularly visit school’s website to be updated with all the necessary information of the school’s activities. They can also respond or give their feedback through SMS facility, provided by the school.
- Students are advised not to bring valuable articles. School shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.
- If the students are found to damage any property of school, fine will be imposed on the students.
- All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term.
- It is compulsory for the student to complete 75% of the attendance in the year to make him/her eligible to appear in the final examination.
- Once the name is struck off from the roll, re-admission can only be done with due permission of the Principal.
- Parents must register their mobile numbers to the school and also inform about the changes (if any) so that SMS containing important messages like attendance, marks, holidays, schedule etc. can be sent to them.
- Parents are requested to inform the school in writing if there is any change in their address & other details.
- Students suffering from illness, should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.
- Parents are not suppose to enter the classroom in any circumstances and to meet the teachers during the school hours without prior intimation or permission of the concerned authority.
- Parents should ensure that their wards prepare their lessons well and do their homework regularly.
- Parents must inform the concerned class teacher in written for any case of absenteeism of their wards. In case of emergency only, half day leave will be granted.
