- Availability: Students may avail bus facility subject to the availability of seats, adhering to existing rules and fares.
- Fee Remittance: Bus fees must be paid along with tuition fees.
- Route Changes: The school does not entertain any changes in the bus route to accommodate individual convenience.
- Punctuality: Students are expected to be at their bus stops at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Buses will not wait for latecomers.
- Designated Stops: Bus drivers are authorized to stop only at designated stops, unless directed otherwise by the transport incharge.
- Safety: Objects of any kind must not be thrown inside or outside the bus, and the drivers’ attention must not be diverted for any reason.
- Discipline: Indisciplined behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Damage Responsibility: Students will be held responsible for any damage caused to the bus, and fines may be charged accordingly.
- Class Exclusions: Bus facilities are not provided to students of Classes XI & XII of Bhilai.
- Parental Responsibility: Parents of students availing bus facilities are fully responsible for any mishaps or accidents during the journey. The school management will not be held responsible in any case.
- Escorting Responsibility: Parents should ensure that transportation of their wards, especially small kids from Nursery to Class III, is comfortable and properly supervised. The school holds no responsibility for any loss, accident, or injury during bus travel or school-organized activities.
- Authorized Transport: Students are permitted to go home only by authorized transport or with authorized escorts. Parents must submit a written authority letter with the photograph and signature of the escorting person. Any change in the authorized escort must be communicated to the school promptly in writing.
